Meditation and Sound

Service Description

Thursday nights Meditation and sound offers a 90 minutes all immersive energetic experience. Within our time together we may explore what is happening in the Astros, pull a tarot/oracle card(s), tap into the Seasons or Chakra system. Sound, Breath Work, Meditation and Reiki may be intuitively fused into the class depending on the day, week or monthly themes and daily energetic needs. Please bring a journal + pen to class.
