Service Description

Thursday nights Energy Exchange offers a 90 minutes all immersive energetic experience. Within our time together we will explore what is happening in the Astros, we will pull a tarot/oracle card(s), tapping into the seasons and Chakra system each class. Mindful Movement, Sound, Breath Work, Meditation and Reiki may be intuitively fused into the class depending on the day, week or monthly themes and daily energetic needs.
