Join us on the evening of February 14th for a heartfelt, candlelit experience designed for couples who want to slow down, reconnect, and share meaningful time together before Valentine’s Day. This two-hour gathering offers a gentle, guided journey into deeper presence, intimacy, and connection with your partner in a relaxed and supportive atmosphere.
The evening begins with a calming, heart-centered meditation to help you arrive fully in your body, release the busyness of your day, and tune into your partner with openness and ease. From there, you’ll be invited into connected breathwork — a shared breathing experience that helps you feel more synchronized, present, and emotionally attuned to one another.
You’ll then move into a soulful eye-gazing practice, allowing you to truly see and feel your partner beyond words. This simple yet powerful moment of presence often softens the heart, deepens trust, and strengthens your sense of connection.
